Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

Try this simple, fast recipe if you are trying to eat clean, lose weight or want to live a healthier lifestyle.
- 1 Can albacore tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cranberries
- 1/2 macintosh apple, or green apple, diced
- pinch sea salt
- Fresh black pepper
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- dash of garlic powder
- small squirt of mustard
- pinch of stevia (optional - i like it sweeter)
- tbsp of chopped pecans or walnuts
- 6 small/medium sized romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed and patted dry.
Combine all ingredients except romaine lettuce leaves. Scoop half the mixture into 3 lettuce leaves and enjoy! One serving is 3 lettuce leaves.
