10 Day Shakeology Jump Start ~ Clean Eating Plan with Workouts

Join me for 10 days to jump start your health and fitness, learn healthier eating and have a positive encouraging motivating online community to support you for 10 days! We start March 11th.

In this 10 day small online group setting, we will focus on eating healthier, getting you active, and provide a kick butt support group to help you stay motivated and reach your short-term weight loss and health goals. It really sets a great foundation for you to continue moving forward after the group ends. 

Checking in daily with your daily fitness and nutrition log and having a peer support system in place is key to your success. It was the secret sauce for me when I started a group just like this one 6 years ago and now I pay it forward and run a group each month to help others build a good foundation.

You will get a meal plan, 7 packets of Shakeology, my support and peer support from other busy moms who are working on their own health and fitness goals just like you! You'll also get access to 5 online Clean Week workouts you can stream digitally from your mobile device, computer or Roku/Apple TV/Fire Stick/ Smart TV. 

We will also help you set goals, talk about how to meal prep and plan for success, provide you clean eating tips and tricks to navigate upcoming bbq's, birthday parties and more without blowing all your hard work. Our goal is to get you moving in the right direction - closer to looking great, to feeling confident in your skin  and more importantly, living a healthier lifestyle, so you can enjoy your life more. We do encourage you to get active for at least 30 minutes 5 out of 10 days in the group. You can do any form of exercise and if you have limitations we can discuss options for you. Workouts are included!
