* Let go of all thoughts that don't make you feel empowered and strong.

* Let go of feeling guilty.

*Let go of thinking you are damaged; YOU MATTER!, and the world needs you just as you are.

* Let go of the fear of the unknown; take one small step and watch the path reveal itself.

* Let go of regrets; the past has happened. It's time to move forward.

* Let go of worrying!!!

* Let go of blaming... be accountable for your own life. If you don't like something, you have two choices, accept it or change it.

* Let go of thinking your dreams are not important; always follow your heart. [If God put it there, it's there for a reason!]

* Let go of being the “go-to person" for everyone, all the time; stop blowing yourself off and take care of yourself first … because you matter. [Start saying NO!]

* Let go of comparing yourself to others!

* Let go of the fear of judgement. People will judge you no matter what you do, so do what you want. Wear what you want and be happy!

* Let go of thinking you are not where you should be. You are right where you need to be to get to where you want to go, so start asking yourself where you want to go.

* Let go of anger and forgive.

* Let go of the need to do more and be more; for today, you've done the best you can, and that's enough.

* Let go of thinking you have to know how to make it happen; we learn the way on the way. [Sometimes you have to jump and figure it out on the way down!]

* Let go of your money woes — make a plan to pay off debt and focus on your abundance. [Gratitude is the key!]

* Let go of trying to save or change people. [The only person you can change is yourself]

* Let go of self-hate. You are not the shape of your body or the number on the scale. Who you are matters, and the world needs you as you are. Celebrate you!

* Let go of trying to fit in and be accepted by everyone. Your uniqueness is what makes you outstanding.

Protein Waffle Recipe ~ Cottage Cheese, Oatmeal & Eggs *SO EASY!


Serves 3
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup oatmeal, regular
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda 
Put everything in a blender and process until blended well.
In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, eggs, water, vanilla, and olive oil until smooth.
Heat waffle iron until hot. Spray with cooking spray. Pour in one third of the batter (if using a Belgium waffle maker you will need more) Cook until they are a little more golden and toasty. I prefer them to have a crunch vs being soft. 
Makes 3 waffles - 1 serving is 1 waffle
I love to top mine with a few thin slices of banana, a few chopped walnuts and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

Healthy Split Pea Soup & Ham Soup - Pressure Cooker (InstaPot) Recipe
My family LOVED this soup. The hubby went completely gaga over it and let me tell you...it was SOOOOO easy to make. Like crazy easy! It has so much flavor too.

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 tsp prepared minced garlic
  • 1 reduced sodium ham steak, diced 
  • 4 cups beef stock or broth
  • 2 cups water (or you can use 6 cups of water and 1 bullion cube or 1 tbsp better than bullion chicken or beef stock)
  • 1 lb dry green split peas, rinsed well
  • 1 bay leaf
  • a few twists fresh pepper

  • *salt goes in after you cook it - approx. 1 tsp salt (taste it then you can add more if you like)

    In a pressure cooker, place settings on saute; heat oil - Add onions and carrots and saute 4-5 minutes; add garlic saute a min or so more. Add ham, peas, stock & water or just water with the bullion, and bay leaf and bring to a boil. When the liquid boils, cover and lock the lid. Press cancel on the Instapot pressure cooker. Press soup and reduce time to 20 minutes. Allow the pressure cooker to naturally release the steam for about 10 minutes after it's done.

    Once done cooking, remove bay leaf, add a teaspoon of salt and enjoy! 

    *I put about 1/3 of the soup into a blender to make it creamer. This is optional.
    *Another variation would be to use all chicken stock or broth. It is very flexible.
