How do I Make a Healthy Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix Recipe?


Ranch dressing can be loaded with fat and calories. Make your own homemade ranch using greek yogurt and seasonings. Want to make it even healthier? Make your own seasoning blend too to avoid hidden MSG and other unnecessary ingredients.

 Healthier Ranch Dressing Recipe


Yield: 5 servings, about 2 Tbsp. each

Ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning Blend **

Preparation:
1. Combine yogurt, buttermilk, and Seasoning Blend in a small bowl; mix well.

**Ranch Seasoning Blend Recipe
(Yields:1 tablespoon)
 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

*For some sweetness, you could add a little stevia
