Meal Prepping and 21 Day Fix Snacks

Meal Prepping for the 21 Day Fix

This is a program that requires a lot of food prep and keeping fresh foods in your house, which if you are eating clean well, it should be easy for you because its along the same lines. Yesterday I spent about 2 hours grilling some chicken, cutting it and putting it into bags (which i will freeze), cutting up fruit and veggies, boiling eggs, etc. I know the kids and my husband will be eating some of the fruits and veggies, but hopefully I can keep them from eating all of it. Lol. I think I need to get the kinds involved in meal prep, huh? It's always hard to make myself plan ahead, but when I do, things go much smoother during the week.

Here is an example of my snack from the 21 day fix. It's strawberries and blackberries which I got on sale this week at Kroger BTW, Greek yogurt, slivered almonds and a little stevia. This would be one red, one purple and about 1/3 blue (almonds). The program is really not that difficult once you start using the containers. The main thing is to have things prepped and easy to measure out and try to plan ahead.

If you are interested in purchasing the 21 day fix from a Coach (that's me!), you can order from my link here and I will be available to help you through the program. If you are interested in Shakeology to go along with the program, you can get it bundled at a discount here.

Ask me how you can join my next Elite 21 Day Clean Eating support group that coincides with the 21 day fix Beachbody workout and nutrition program. We will do the 30 minute workouts at home and check in daily to hold each other accountable to our goals. Message me at jenniferwoodfitness@gmail.com for more information.
