Chalene Johnson's New PIYO Workout Release Date - AVAILABLE NOW


        Have you heard the rumors of a new Beachbody fitness program called PIYO? Chalene Johnson, creator of TurboJam, TurboFire, and Chalene Extreme has made the PIYO workout available for at home workouts, so you can do them in the comfort of your living room or anywhere at home; heck, you can even do it outside, at the beach, or wherever your heart desires.  How cool is that?!? PIYO is a pilates/Yoga workout that has you changing moves constantly, so you get a cardio workout at the same time. It helps build strength, toning, body sculpting, balance, tightens the abs and the list goes on. It can be done by someone with a physical limitation who might need a lower impact workout, or someone who may be a little older who needs to lengthen and strengthen their muscles.
