Free Cruise ahead! All aboard

I cannot believe we leave for our free 6 day cruise in just a few days. Seems like time just flies by lately. The older I get, the faster it moves. Anyone else notice how life just flies after you hit your thirties? Is it worse when you hit forties. It really makes me want to enjoy my time now and live. Just travel and do the things I want to enjoy now instead of waiting till I have one foot in the grave. How fun is that? Eh.

If you aren't following me on my Facebook page (and you really really should. hint hint ;), you may not know how I earned this free cruise. Basically, I earned it for helping people live healthier lives. I help give them the tools to get the results they want. Plus they get me in their back pocket for support, help with questions, guidance with nutrition and workouts, and more at no additional cost. My job really is awesome. I still cant believe I get paid to workout and help people get healthy. If you want to know more about what I do, message me and I would be glad to share it with you and see if it's a good fit.

So, anywho...now that I am totally getting off topic again because that is how I roll, let me get back to talking about the trip coming up. We are headed to Cozumel and Grand Cayman aboard the Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas cruise ship. I have been racking my brain trying to come up with a cool Beachbody door decoration, but I am drawing a blank. Creativity is not my strong-suite. I am really pumped about the trip because the trainers: Shaun T(creator of Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, and Focus T25), Tony Horton( creator of P90X), and Autumn Calabrese(just relased the new portion control container program with 30 minute workouts; 21 day fix) will be on board the ship and we will get to talk with them and workout with them on the ship. How cool is that!?! And the very best part of it is I get to do it with the man of my dreams. My husband is my best friend. I know we are going to have a blast hanging out with my fellow Beachbody Coach friends on the ship. The entire ship was chartered for this trip. Can you imagine? I don't even think I am fully prepared for how obnoxiously excited I will be getting on the boat. I think I may explode from excitement. For real!

Time to get my workout out of the way. I have a hair appointment today! Being a girl has its perks. Thanks for reading my blog. Check back for recipes and more of my crazy life. I will make sure to post photo's when we get back.

So, in lieu of the upcoming feasting and celebrating on the ship (yes, even Coaches have vacations and splurge occasionally), I am going to buckle down and make sure my nutrition is on point all week. I am even considering doing the Shakeology 3 day cleanse before we get on. I do realize all of this is pretty much pointless since as soon as I eat one of the meals on the boat, I will have the dreaded belly bloat, but it's worth a shot. Lol. It can't hurt to lose a few pounds so that when I gain them back, i will be starting at zero and not at a negative - if that even makes sense.
