Menu Plan Monday 10/19 – 10/25

Off to a late start this week. I did have my menu written down on Monday, I just have been a busy bee, well maybe I have been goofing off a little. So, here goes this week's menu. To see more great menu's and recipes check out, Dining With Debbie, and Tasty Tuesday.

Monday – Crock-Pot Pinto Beans, Rice and Cornbread

Tuesday – Leftovers

Wednesday – Enchiladas with homemade green chili sauce, refried beans, leftover rice – whip up an extra batch and place in the freezer; the sauce can be frozen by itself and the dish assembled later.

Thursday – Leftover enchiladas

Friday – Potato Soup and rolls

Saturday – Porterhouse Steaks, baked potatoes, squash

Sunday –Pan Seared Pork Chops, Potatoes Au Gratin, Squash Medley (squash, bell pepper, and onion sautéed)
