Baked Parmesan Asparagus - DELISH!

Baked Parmesan Asparagus

Want to get your kids to eat their veggies? Make this easy and good for you dish in a snap! I promise the entire family will be fighting for the last spear. Make sure to choose thin spears, since the thicker spears will be tougher and harder to eat.

Ingredients:

Asparagus
Olive Oil
Hand full of Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper

Rinse asparagus; snap one spear to see where to cut the remaining spears. Cut the ends off the asparagus spears. Place in a loaf pan. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese; Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
