Fried Pork Chops


Boneless pork chops, or cut the bone off.

Bread Crumbs

2 – 3 Beaten Eggs

Salt and pepper


Heat about 1 inch of oil to fry the chops. In a square dish, mix bread crumbs, pinch of salt and pepper. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Place chops between two pieces of plastic wrap and beat with a pan until thin and flattened. Dip chops into egg mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture. Fry a few minutes on each side until golden; flip chops. When done drain on paper towels. Serve with Brown Gravy or ketchup.
