German Spaetzle Noodles

German Spaetzle Noodles


2 Cups Flour

4 eggs

½ cup milk

1 tsp salt

Few shakes pepper

Mix together all ingredients. Bring a pot of water to a boil; add salt to the water. Place a colander on top of the boiling pot of water. Pour in noodle mixture and press through the holes quickly. Noodles will float to the top when done. It only takes a minute or two to cook. Drain noodles. Serve with butter and parmesan or with gravy.
