Mocha Chocolate Shakeology


Make your own healthy version of a Starbucks Mocha Frappachino with way less calories and it will keep you full for hours. It's a simple smoothie that's sure to satisfy that sweet tooth. 

Mocha Choca Lotta Shakeology 
1 cup cooled off coffee
1/3 frozen banana
1/2 tsp vanilla nut extract
Ice
1 serving Chocolate Shakeology
1 oz dark chocolate, add after mixing to keep it chunky 

Blend everything except dark chocolate. Add in chocolate and pulse just long enough to break up the chocolate into smaller pieces. This works great in a vitamix, ninja, or blendtec blender. You could also chop the chocolate and stir it in. Enjoy guilt-free!
