P90X3 Nutrition Guide Recipe: Sweet Chipotle Salad Dressing



Try out this simple, fresh and clean vinaigrette recipe I adapted from the P90X3 Nutrition Guide. It is a new favorite. I used Ancho Chili Powder(found it at Kroger) since I had that on hand and it worked magically. We just started P90X3 and are loving it so far. Sweet Chipotle Salad Dressing 

2 Tbsp Raw Honey or maple syrup
6 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, chopped finely or 1 tsp prepared garlic
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Chipotle Chili Powder (I used Ancho Chili Powder - this is not the same as regular chili powder)
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper or a few twists of fresh black pepper

Add ingredients into a small jar and shake to combine, or place in blender(I prefer the jar method). Enjoy!

*Store in the refrigerator. One serving is about 1-2 tbsp.
