Hummingbird Shakeology Recipe - Pineapple, Walnuts and Banana

Heads up: I found frozen pineapple at the Dollar Treel for $1 ;) They also have mixed berries and strawberrys 12oz for $1.

Hummingbird Shakeology - one of my favs
1/2 banana
1 cup water or milk
2 tbsp walnuts
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 tsp cinnamon (original recipe says 1 tsp, but thats too much for me)
Ice

Blend and enjoy!
