New 5 Day Weight Training Program - Week Of Hard Labor - Free 5 Day Group Starts Sept 5th



Beachbody super trainer Sagi's new weight training and cardio workout, Week of Hard Labor by Sagi Kalev, will be launching via Beachbody On Demand on September 5th. Beachbody On Demand includes all the Beachbody workouts, recipes, Master Trainer workouts, bonus workouts and more. 

The program contains 25 and 45 minute workouts with a total of 5 workouts. Equipment needed: stability ball, a light and heavy set of dumbbells (5's & 10's most likely), and resistance bands. If you have a weight bench, great! If not, you can use the ball for an evey better workout because you will be working on balance and stability! 

Join me for 5 days in a private online Facebook group for healthy food tips, motivation, me pushing through the workout right along side you!, a meal plan, encouragement and a fun community.
