How to Make Chocolate Shakeology Breakfast Bars

Chocolate Shakeology Breakfast Bars

The original recipe was found on Autumn Calabrese's YouTube channel and I modified it with regular Shakeology instead of Vegan Shakeology. They turned out great! They make a great afternoon snack or easy on the go breakfast. They are husband and kid approved.

2 cups rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened coconut
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup peanut butter
3 scoops Chocolate Shakeology

Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Press into a 9 * 13 dish. Refrigerate for 3 hours to firm up and then cut into 12 bars.

21 day fix portions: 1 yellow, ½ red, ½ blue

    1. I’m not sure! I keep them in the fridge but they should be okay for the day of travel if you could keep a cooler bag? Maybe if you swap the almond milk for shelf stable almond milk?
