Chili
A great mentor shared this Chili recipe with me. It is so
delicious. It became a staple in her
home and it has quickly become one of my favorites as well. My kids love it
too! I top mine with a tablespoon of
greek yogurt, fresh avocado and a little Mexican cheese.
*I did modify this recipe a little. I added a
can of small diced tomatoes, did not drain the beans. Added both kidney and
chili beans and only used 1 lb of turkey.
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp olive oil
1.5 lbs of lean ground
turkey meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
