Light Tuna Salad Made with Greek Yogurt Cranberries and Pecans


I don't have the exact measurements for this, but I can give you an estimation.  It's pretty flexible.

Tuna Salad Recipe

2 cans of tuna, drained
greek yogurt (chobani), about 1/3 cup, just enough to moisten the tuna
sweet relish, 1 Tbsp
mustard - about a tsp, just a small squirt
2 tbsp of cranberries
2 tbsp chopped pecans
pinch salt and pepper
1 small green apple, diced small
celery, diced
Pita Bread or Whole Wheat Bread

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on whole grain bread or stuffed in pita bread with fresh spinach or sprouts.
