Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore
I got this idea from the Beachbody TurboFire Nutrition guide and I tweaked it a little. It was great! We served it on whole wheat noodles. It is a keeper!

Package of boneless skinless chicken breast (threw them in frozen)
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, quartered
salt and pepper and a pinch of hot pepper flakes
zuchinni, sliced (i left this out because we didnt have any)
italian seasoning, just sprinkle a decent amount in there
Directions: Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Boil whole wheat noodles, serve with fresh parm and hot pepper flakes with a salad on the side.
*I think it would be fabulous with fresh basil, but my plant is dying, so I will have to try it next time!
