Pesto Pasta

About 4 large handfuls of basil

2 cloves of garlic

A handful of parmesean cheese (optional)

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Olive Oil


 

Place basil in food processor with garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle in about 4 tablespoons of olive oil and pulse. If mixture is coming together then continue blending together until pureed. Add more olive oil if mixture needs more liquid. End result should be somewhat like a creamy spread.
