CrockPot Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

My good friend Stephanie made this fabulous dish for my family and myself today and since it is so delicious and easy to make, I wanted to share the recipe.

Time to prepare:10 minutes


1 or 2 Pork Tenderloins

1 Can Jellied Cranberry Sauce

½ Cup White Cooking Wine

Pinch Salt and a few twists of fresh pepper


Mix Cranberry Sauce and Cooking Wine in the Crock-Pot.

Add Pork Tenderloin and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes or with your side of choice.
