Skinny Jenny - Lower Sugar and Calorie Cosmo Recipe

Try this tasty skinny martini using vodka, lime, orange, and cranberry juice. It's super easy and tastes great. I came up with it one day trying to reduce sugar and not use syrups with corn syrup in them.

Yields one drink

1/2 cup ice

1 oz vodka

1 oz no sugar added cranberry juice

1 wedge orange, squeezed * tangerine works well too.

1 wedge lime, squeezed

A dash of real stevia, artificial sweetener or chemical of choice lol :)  or 1 tsp sugar

Approx 3 oz sparkling water (lemon or cranberry lime works well)

Place everything in a shaker cup and shake to combine (be mindful of the pressure in the sparkling water. If you seal the cup it will build up the pressure. Strain out ice and pour the liquid into a martini glass.

Drop in a fresh blueberry, raspberry or blackberry for extra pizzaz! Enjoy!
