New Workout Coming from Les Mills Trainers Joel and Jericho this YEAR!

Word on the street is there is a new workout COMING this FALL created by Beachbody, Joel and Jericho, Les Mills trainers who were also in the Les Mills Pump workout program. I admire both of these trainers so much and they are so down to earth and FUN!

The new workout is supposed to be a mix of strength training and cardio condensed into shorter workouts.

Joel's workouts will be an 8 * 8 lifting heavy weights while Jericho will bring the heat in intense cardio sessions that can be broken down into 2 smaller 20 minute workouts for those struggling with time.

Until the new workout is released, you can do 4 new workouts on Beachbody On Demand (online streaming workouts) The workouts are great! You can sign up here for 30 days of the online access for free and then after that it is around $38 for 3 months (about $3 a week!)

It is scheduled to release mid to late 2016 and there will be a preview of the new program in February, 2016 through Beachbody On Demand. You can sign up for 30 days of On Demand for free here.
