Shoppers Food in Virginia Only, is doubling $1 coupons, tripling under .50, and doubling up to .99 cents. You can check out a flier here. Make sure your store is participating by typing in your zip code before going to the store. This ends on Wednesday, February, 25 2009. I did get a tip that Shoppers is going to be having Doubles again real soon from a cashier, so get those coupons ready. J
